• Economy Data: Virtual currency and inventory for economy system functionality.

Message Content

Nova-47 processes message content only to generate immediate responses. Message content is not stored off-platform (outside of Discord) and is only temporarily cached in memory during active conversations. This temporary cache is automatically cleared after the conversation ends or after a short period of inactivity.

AI Conversation Context

To provide contextually relevant responses, the bot may maintain limited conversation context in memory. This context is temporary and not persistently stored in any external database.

Nova-47 uses third-party AI services to provide chatbot features. When you use these features:

• Your prompts and inputs are processed to generate responses
• We maintain minimal temporary context to provide coherent conversations
• We implement safeguards to prevent misuse of AI features
• Your message content is never used to train or fine-tune AI models

All AI functionality is powered by existing pre-trained models, and user messages are not collected or used to further train these models.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and respond to your commands and requests
• Create personalized interactions through our AI chatbot
• Operate the virtual economy system
• Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

Temporary Processing Only

Nova-47 only processes message content to generate immediate responses. We do not permanently store conversation data outside of Discord's platform, and all temporary data is automatically cleared after conversations end.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Your message content is processed only to provide immediate responses and is not shared with any external parties except as necessary to generate AI responses.

Users can opt-out of having their message content processed in several ways:

• Using the ignore prefix (e.g., "!") before messages, which the bot will completely ignore
• Server administrators can disable the chatbot in specific channels
• Users can avoid mentioning the bot or using dedicated chatbot channels
• Users can adjust their Discord privacy settings to limit what information is visible

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence.
