Welcome to Nova-47! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nova-47 Discord bot and website (collectively, the "Service"). By inviting Nova-47 to your Discord server or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Nova-47, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Nova-47 is a Discord bot that provides AI chat, image generation, economy system, and other features to enhance your Discord server experience. When you add Nova-47 to your server, you grant us permission to:

• Read messages in channels where the bot has been given access
• Send messages, embeds, and attachments in response to commands
• Store necessary data to provide the Service's functionality
• Process user inputs for AI-based features

Nova-47 provides AI-powered features including chatbot conversations and image generation. Please be aware of the following:

• AI-generated content may sometimes be unpredictable or inaccurate
• You are responsible for the prompts you provide to the AI systems
• We prohibit the use of our AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content
• We reserve the right to monitor and moderate AI usage to prevent abuse
• You retain rights to the outputs generated based on your prompts, subject to our underlying technology rights

When using Nova-47, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Circumvent any rate-limiting mechanisms or other features designed to protect the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that is discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or otherwise harmful
• Use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Sell, trade, or resell access to the Service
• Use automated methods to interact with the Service without our express permission

Nova-47 includes a virtual economy system with in-bot currency and items. Please note:

• All virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value
• We do not offer any way to convert virtual currency or items to real money
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency and items at any time
• Trading or selling virtual currency or items for real money is prohibited
• We are not responsible for any loss of virtual currency or items due to user actions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the bottom of these Terms and by maintaining a current version of the Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

In addition to these Terms, your use of Nova-47 must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nova-47 is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.
